Teri Sawers delivered the first part of our Social Media Marketing course last night. Social media is the hot topic of the moment because of the way you can reach your customers directly without spending a fortune. The big cost is time and you can certainly waste a lot of it on the internet. Anyone with teenage children can tell you that.
